In my previous post about transforming study abroad notes, I showed how Information Typing converts messy paragraphs into structured, AI-ready content.

Now you can see the complete transformation. I would love to hear your thoughts on any changes you would make.

Below is my full Krakus Mound entry, restructured using Precision Content's five information types.

Notice how each section serves a specific purpose:

  • Reference blocks for facts you need to know

  • Concept blocks for ideas you need to understand

  • Principle blocks for guidelines to follow

  • Process blocks for workflows, and

  • Task blocks for step-by-step actions.

This structure makes information easier for both humans to scan and AI systems to understand and retrieve accurately.
